On 4 June 2007 at The Lincoln Centre, London, the Rt Hon David Miliband, Secretary of State for the Environment , presented the keynote speech at the Ceremony. Sir Anthony Cleaver, president of the Vice Presidents presented the Awards to each of the 13 winners.
